Traveling aboard the Orion capsule Integrity, NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and Christina Koch, alongside CSA's Jeremy Hansen, will approach within approximately 4,000 miles (6,400 kilometers) of the terrain. The previous instance of such proximity occurred during the Apollo 17 expedition in 1972.
